Supporting the slow fashion movement, mini fit ten...
My main focus has always been based around slow fashion and building a more sustainable wardrobe.
Now I want to share my own sustainable and slow fashion outfits with all of you over on my @alexandra.mount Instagram page! Every few weeks you can expect a new outfit with a breakdown on where I source the items, any upcycling I've done for the fit and the overall cost of each. Mini Fit Ten is now ready to view below!
Mini Fit Ten
This outfit was simply made to be comfy and casual for a lazy day around the house.
Sourcing the Outfits
I've had these biker shorts in my wardrobe for a few years at this point and did buy them new. However, the quality of them is beautiful so I know they'll last for many more years to come. The sweatshirt I found on Depop and couldn't resist it, I feel super cute wearing it though I do get some odd looks from having a sweatshirt that says 'dad' on!
Sweatshirt
A Depop find! I thought this sweatshirt was super cute and couldn't resist it, especially at such a great price (more so for vintage) and in great condition. I feel adorable wearing it and it's the ultimate cosy sweatshirt for lazy days at home!
Bike Shorts
I've had these shorts in my wardrobe for a few years after purchasing them new and the quality of them is incredible. The hug me just the right amount and are so comfortable!
Watch
This watch was originally my grandmothers and my mum so sweetly gifted it to me last year. I absolutely treasure it and now feel naked when I'm not wearing it!
Total Outfit Cost (what I actually paid without gifts) - £46.85
