About Marcel's Green Soap

Marcel's Green Soap is a Dutch company that was founded by Marcel himself in his home kitchen with his three daughters. They started experimenting to create more eco friendly cleaning solutions that were less harmful and aggressive.

The company has three main promises:

Smells Wonderful - to create pleasant scents that last but are also natural
Works Fantastically - fuss free cleaning that has strong cleaning power but gentle and caring to our planet
Eco-Friendly - the company uses recycled bottles and boasts a range of vegan and plant based products

Sustainability

Marcel's products are made using renewable ingredients that originate from nature including products that are vegetable based, natural, biodegradable and safe.

All of the products that Marcel's creates are at least 97% biodegradable with the extra 3% being down to salts that the company include to balance PH values, to dissolve dirt and thicken products.

Marcel's have also worked hard to make their deliveries carbon neutral and send all over their orders via DHL.

The company was also the first brand within Western Europe that used bottles made from 100% recycled plastic.

My Experience

I came across Marcel's on Amazon and knew I had to try some of their products. I decided to test out their Toilet Rimblocks.

Straight away you can smell these from the package! It's quite strong so not for those sensitive to overpowering scents though once it's in the loo is far more subtle.

So far it's doing it's job and keeping the bathroom smelling fresh!
