Stepping into Autumn @alexandra.mount

Supporting the slow fashion movement, outfit six...

My main focus has always been based around slow fashion and building a more sustainable wardrobe.

Now I want to share my own sustainable and slow fashion outfits with all of you over on my @alexandra.mount Instagram page! Every few weeks you can expect a new outfit with a breakdown on where I source the items, any upcycling I've done for the fit and the overall cost of each. Outfit six is now ready to view below!

Outfit Six

I centred this look completely around the jacket that was a find from the lovely RagTrade over on Instagram. I kept to the neutrals to keep a clean and simple look that's comfortable to run errands in!

Sourcing the Outfits

Most of these items were brought from secondhand apps while others have been in my wardrobe for years! My accessories and jewellery are often bought new for hygiene reasons so you will find them linked below.

Jumper

I've had this jumper in my wardrobe for years and still find myself reaching for it! I managed to find this one on Preloved but it's originally from Ralph Lauren. The soft neutral cream works well with so many outfits and the quality is absolutely beautiful.

Trousers

I bought these trousers at the start of the year in preparation to start a new job! I'm yet to wear them for actual work but have worn them casually so much already. They are such a fabulous chocolate brown shade so work perfectly for me and my go to neutral colour palette.

Jacket

I love this jacket so much! It was my second purchase from @ragtrade_prelovedclothing on Instagram and Kaye never disappoints with her amazing finds! I can't wait to style it in so many different ways.

Shoes

Back to my staple Nikes! 100% worth the purchase years ago and I will no doubt wear these until they fall apart!

Total Outfit Cost (what I actually paid without gifts) - £61.50
