About Fussy

Fussy launched back in 2020 as a Kickstarter project after the founders noticed the huge amounts of single-use plastic used in consumers everyday items, more specifically deodorant. They knew that there had to be a better way...thus Fussy was born! A natural, sustainable and refillable deodorant that doesn't compromise on quality.

Fussy have worked tirelessly to create a sleek and beautiful product and have designed their refillable case with nature in mind to look similar to a pebble that you would find on a beach all while remaining fully recyclable!

The company has already come so far in making improvements in the natural deodorant space but they don't want to stop there. Fussy want to continuously raise their standards to create a better planet for everybody.

Subscriptions

Fussy offers a subscription for their deodorant refills (packs of three) which saves you 15% on each order. You can go into your account to pick and choose your scents for each delivery and also pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Sustainability

Each Fussy refill is completely plastic free and made using waste sugarcane that once used can be disposed of in your compost bin! The cases are made to last and are also sustainable, created using recycled plastic making them fully recyclable themselves.

The company also ships their orders in fully recyclable cardboard boxes that have been digitally enabled to save on paper!

The company works with Climate Partner to ensure that their deodorants remain carbon neutral and also supports gold standard green energy projects all over the world.

Fussy is also proud to be a registered B Corp meaning they have a commitment to put people and planet first in all that they create and do.

My Experience

I've now tried a few eco friendly deodorants and I must say that so far Fussy has come out on top! I didn't have to suffer an awkward smelly stage and my skin had no sensitivity.

It lasts throughout the day and I've even tested it during workouts and it keeps me fresh scented!

My favourite scents are Cloud Nine and Coconut Milk.

The one thing I don't really recommend is getting the black case as due to how creamy the deodorant is it often smudges and shows every finger print and mark but it does look super sleek when clean!
